Curriculum
Math & Manipulatives
During the preschool stage, our goal is for the child to develop different capabilities, understandings and competencies, which will be the basis for their social and academic development. The early learning of mathematics represents a set of structural ideas and fundamental functions.
Art
Through painting children discover a world full of colors, shapes, lines and imagination, which symbolize feelings and experiences. Painting encourages communication, creativity, sensitivity and increases the concentration and expression of children.
Music
Music is an educational activity with valuable and deep training goals that can't be absent during the preschool years. It stimulates emotions, rhythm and singing expression in the child. Sensitivity and imagination are also developed through the various forms of music. It drives actions and constitutes a medium for communication.
Physical development
Children from a very young age, love to dance. Once they start listening to music and start to dance, it gets their body moving. Dancing is an activity that we encourage because it is very beneficial for children, both physically and psychologically. Dancing is an innate reaction in children.
Reading
Language both written and spoken are developed through reading and telling stories. Learning the alphabet and learning how letters and their sounds come together to make words helps children communicate and socialize.
Science
It is through science that children explore and experiement to discover how things work. They learn about living things, about the earth, the weather and galaxies far away.
